HBCU Alumni Weekend 2025 - Columbus, Ohio

GetCR8V proudly partnered with HBCU Family to elevate the vision and experience of HBCU Alumni Weekend 2025, a dynamic celebration of culture, community, and collegiate pride. The collaboration began with the creation of a bold and unifying brand identity and logo that embodies the legacy, excellence, and energy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. GetCR8V led the development of a cohesive marketing campaign that honored HBCU traditions while appealing to new generations of alumni and supporters. Through strategic storytelling, impactful visuals, and social media engagement, the campaign amplified awareness and built excitement leading up to the multi-day celebration.

In addition to creative branding and campaign strategy, GetCR8V directed event activations, community engagement initiatives, and website design and development to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. The newly designed HBCU Alumni Weekend (HBCUFamily.org) website served as a digital hub for registration, event details, alumni highlights, and partnership opportunities. Through immersive activations, local collaborations, and digital outreach, GetCR8V helped position HBCU Alumni Weekend 2025 as not just an event—but a movement that celebrates heritage, strengthens connections, and uplifts the enduring impact of HBCUs in the Columbus community and beyond.
