GetCR8V led the comprehensive rebranding and creative transformation of COMPASS (Community of Motivated People Achieving Sustainable Success)—a forward-thinking program designed to empower Columbus residents to reach their full potential. The initiative offers coaching and funding for individuals who graduated high school between 2019 and 2023 and are seeking to advance their careers or continue their education. Participants can choose either an academic or career pathway, allowing for personalized growth and success. GetCR8V developed a modern and meaningful brand identity and logo that symbolize progress, direction, and opportunity—reflecting COMPASS’s mission to guide motivated individuals toward sustainable success. The rebrand was brought to life through a powerful awareness campaign that celebrates local talent, amplifies access, and connects young adults to resources that help them thrive.

Beyond branding, GetCR8V directed event activations, community engagement initiatives, and website design and development to enhance COMPASS’s reach and impact. The newly designed website served as an interactive and welcoming digital hub, where users can easily explore eligibility, pathways, and support services.
